What every install includes
- ACCA Manual J load calculation (no thumb-rule sizing)
- Manual D duct evaluation and rework if the ducts can't deliver the load
- Line-set flush and vacuum to 500 microns before charging
- Refrigerant charge weighed in — not "beer-can cold" guessing
- Permit pulled and inspection scheduled where required
- Manufacturer registration for extended parts warranty
- Complete commissioning report with static pressure and superheat readings
- 10-year parts warranty (manufacturer) + labor warranty in writing
